Peyton Heart Project, Our July Fundraiser

We're thrilled to host another fundraiser! We launched our newest fundraiser in our VIP Group just yesterday. Any purchases made through this coming Sunday will benefit Peyton Heart Project. Let us tell you a little about why we chose this global non-profit for our fundraiser. About Peyton Heart Project Peyton Heart Project began in 2014 as a way to help end suicide and bullying and the stigma surrounding mental health issues. We discovered them when our daughter, who lives with anxiety and depression, needed some professional mental health help earlier this year. We asked our customers, friends, and family to send our daughter letters to let her know she's not alone. An old friend sent her five of Peyton's Hearts. She loved the concept and so did we. Thank You for Supporting Our Fundraiser for To Write Love on Her Arms

Choosing Our Goal for To Write Love on Her Arms When we announced our February Fundraiser, benefiting To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA), I looked at Denise and said, "What should we set for our goal?" We both sat silently for a moment and decided that $1000 seemed like a good idea. By good idea, I mean that we wanted to raise $1000 for TWLOHA, but hooboy, it felt like a big, scary number. $1000 meant we needed to work super hard, hustle, and basically be on top of our game for an entire week. To boot, Denise went on a much-needed vacation three days after we launched the fundraiser. I didn't begrudge her that, because the reason she needed a vacation largely rested on the reason we chose TWLOHA as our fundraiser. The emotional and physical support she offered our daughter during the month of January and into the beginning of February took its toll, and she needed to recharge. So...
